So frustrating!

We subscribed (5.99/mo) a few months ago but I quickly saw that my 7 y/o wasnt using it so within the aps settings (it wasnt all that clear) I thought I cancelled our subscription. We deleted the ap and didnt think much about it. Until I just did some investigating about why I was spending so much $$ at the ap store!! Come to find brain pop was still charging us! I re downloaded the ap so I can look further into this (I cant remember my username, etc and the website seems to have no clue who I am) and now the ap crashes every time I open it.
Tsk tsk tsk!
